About Our Dance Studio in Tenafly, NJ
Revolution Dance Academy is a dance studio in Tenafly, NJ built on a 2-decade friendship between co-owners Rachel and Emma. The two first met in preschool, began dancing competitively on the same team by age 8, and trained alongside one another through senior year of high school and into adulthood. They have always found inspiration in one another, and their mutual passion for dance ignited the vision for RDA.
The RDA Story
Rachel and Emma built their relationship on the trust, honesty, and loyalty that come with many years of friendship. That same foundation shapes the studio they created together. RDA exists to pass their contagious passion for dance from the founders to every student who joins, giving dancers across Bergen County a place to grow.

RDA prides itself on making sure every child who steps into the studio feels valued and respected, regardless of their background or skill level. The RDA Community
What families notice first at RDA is not the technique, it is the feeling in the room. Dancers arrive as classmates and leave as friends. Parents who met in the waiting area end up sitting together at the recital. Older dancers look out for the little ones warming up beside them.
That community shows up all year. Our dancers cheer each other on at competitions, celebrate birthdays and milestones together, and take the stage side by side at the year-end recital. Studio events bring whole families in, not just dancers, because the people in this building are a big part of why our students stay season after season.

Two Studio Locations in Tenafly
RDA operates 2 locations in Tenafly, NJ: our main studio at 17–19 Washington St and our annex at 11 Hillside Ave. Both are easy to reach for families across northern New Jersey and Bergen County.
