Winter Dance Classes in Tenafly, NJ
Winter at RDA is when technique really starts to show. Dancers who began in the fall are building strength and confidence, and the studio shifts toward performance preparation for the spring recital.
Along with Tenafly, RDA proudly serves dance families from Teaneck, Bergenfield, Dumont, and the surrounding Bergen County towns.
What Happens at RDA in the Winter?
Recital fees are due January 15th and classes begin learning their recital choreography, while competition teams are in the heart of their season refining routines ahead of regional competitions. For everyone else, winter is when the fundamentals from the fall start to click, and a weekly class gives kids somewhere active and social to be through the coldest months of the year.
Can My Child Start Dance in the Winter?
Yes. New dancers are welcome to join mid-season, and tuition is prorated based on your registration date. Our team will place your dancer in the class that best matches their age and experience, including beginner options for older dancers.
How Do We Get Started This Winter?
Register through the JackRabbit parent portal, order your dancer's uniform through the studio, and review the dress code for their class. Winter is also a good time to look ahead to the spring recital, so ask us about recital fees and timing when you enroll.
