What Is a Parent & Me Dance Class?
A parent and me dance class pairs a caregiver with a toddler for guided movement, songs, and props. The shared experience builds early coordination and confidence while making the studio feel safe and familiar for your child, which eases the transition to independent class later on. It is also where dancers under 4 begin if they are drawn to ballet.
